Export everything stored for one guest, or erase their personal details.
Erase keeps the amounts and the dates for the accounts. Names, emails, phone numbers, notes, and uploads are removed. The change log stores a hash of the email and nothing else about the guest.

Scheduled emails
Appointment reminders stay on the existing studio reminder (48 hours and 24 hours). This page does not send a second one. The number below is not used for that. Balance emails go out on the days listed before arrival, and again only when money is still owed. The thank-you goes out the day after departure, or the day after the appointment. The review link may be left empty.
