Guest emails

These are the emails guests receive. A draft is not used until you mark it approved.

Set up emails writes one outbox message to the owner address, with every template and a note to reply to athena@orcore.org. It is never sent live.

Email	Status	Subject
Confirmation	default	Booking confirmed #{booking_ref}
Cancellation	default	Booking cancelled #{booking_ref}
Amendment	default	Appointment #{booking_ref} has been changed
Reminder	default	Reminder of booking #{booking_ref}
Balance chase	default	Balance due for booking #{booking_ref}
Thank you and review	default	Thank you for visiting {business_name}
Bank transfer hold ended	default	Bank transfer hold ended for booking #{booking_ref}

Edit Thank you and review

Guests receive this wording only after you mark it approved. Until then the original default is used. Saving an approved email puts it back to draft.
